Since childhood, I've returned to Carlos Mexican Restaurant for its consistently fresh and flavorful dishes, especially the Acapulco and cheese enchiladas that bring back fond memories. The warm salsa and perfectly brewed tea complement every meal, while the friendly staff and clean, inviting atmosphere make each visit enjoyable. Whether indulging in fajita enchiladas in green sauce, savoring a perfectly balanced horchata, or enjoying their affordable, quality margaritas, the authentic taste and welcoming service keep me coming back time and time again.

I've been a regular at Carlos Mexican Restaurant since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. The Acapulco dish is my ride-or-die favorite - always fresh, hot, and flavorful. The warm salsa is a nice touch, and don't get me started on the perfect cup of tea to wash it all down with!
