The location on El Dorado Boulevard prepares the best Chili Rellenos, ever! I order mine to be stuffed with chicken fajita meat. The sauce is certainly snappy and tasty with a certain bite which is addictivel

I have dashed into El Dorado since the 5th grade of Elementary school and it's still a good place for me.

Story and Good/Quick Service:

When I was young and in elementary school, my father and I would go out to eat for lunch. This sounds nice and everything, but I am saying *during* school lunch. I had a small school and they loved my father, so they would let me be excused during lunch.
My father and I decided that El Dorado would be a good place to go because it was nearby and we liked it.
I have 30 minutes of lunch. My dad had a structured plan.
We rush out of the school an to his car. We drive all the way to El Dorado.
When we walk inside, we are asked if we want a booth or a table. We chose a booth and we sat down. We both already knew what we wanted from looking at an online menu. When the service came to ask for our drinks we explained that we were in a hurry. We asked if we could order right then and there. They politely took our drinks and our food orders.
The service brought the food out quickly. We ate and relished it, for it tasted great.
We would quickly go to the front to pay. Snap a mint into our mouth, and rush back to my school.
The service helped us so that we got back to my school with minutes to spare. I remember that so much, because I did it often. We kept visiting El Dorado during school lunch, and I looked forward to those days.

My Thoughts on Food:

The red chip sauce sometimes has a dash of spice aftertaste that leads to sucking up lemonade until you explode. But I like it because of a challenge. It usually just has a regular good spice in it.

I always order the full order of quesadillas. Every time I love the big spoonfuls amount of guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo (the mix of tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos). When you pull apart the quesadillas, you see cheese stretch.

Some people dislike the cheese, but I honestly like it. It is your opinion. Sometimes it is hard to bite it off/cut it, so don't choke! But I like the cheese.

The food can be a little greasy, but I don't notice it.

I really like this place, I hope that you people out there do as well.
Have a nice time at El Dorado!
