In the days before the cookie cutter style of "coffee shop" became the normal, and in so doing, destroyed the local, friendly ambiance of a spot where one can go, sit and relax with a cuppa - be it coffee or tea - and enjoy whatever one wants to enjoy at the moment - that is Stir Coffee House; a one-of-a-kind Ladner-based gem. Proprietor Rob Lowe is the embodiment of a local, savvy shop owner who knows both his business and his customers. The staff are young, eager, courteous and fine-tuned to their duties - since the very day Stir Coffee House opened its doors to an eager public, I have enjoyed my many visits and know that I shall continue to do so until my end. Heartiest congratulations to Rob and his crew at Stir!
