The flavors inspired by South America really impressed me, especially the empanadas and the rich sopa de montonga. The service was super attentive, with the chef even stopping by to chat, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Drinks were fantastic, and although some dishes could use a bit more flavor, overall it was a great time with a lively vibe that I'd love to revisit.
