The food at Pappasito's Cantina in Houston Hobby Airport was surprisingly fresh and cooked to order, making it a good choice for a meal in the airport. Despite the long lines and noisy atmosphere in the food court, the service was friendly and prompt, and the drink selection at the bar was impressive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would consider returning on my next trip through the airport.
