I had the chance to be a judge at the Rib Fest in Montreal this year, where I tried ribs from several vendors without knowing who they were from, and the ribs from Gator BBQ immediately stole my heart. Their beef and pork ribs are incredibly tender, smoky, and flavorful, with a perfect balance of sauce that enhances the meat without overpowering it, making every bite unforgettable. Even though they only offer takeout, the friendly service and mouthwatering BBQ make the wait worth it, and I'm already looking forward to enjoying their ribs again next time.
