I recently tried out a Mexican restaurant that serves only flour tacos, and I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed. For me, the true essence of Mexican cuisine lies in the traditional corn tacos. The flavors and textures just don't compare. I much prefer the authenticity and taste of corn tortillas when it comes to enjoying Mexican food.
