During my recent visit to a restaurant that specializes in authentic Chinese cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by the complete absence of Canadian Chinese dishes on the menu. The experience offered a unique dining atmosphere where we grilled a large assortment of fresh ingredients at our table, providing ample portions and a genuine culinary adventure that's hard to find in Halifax.
