I visited for the first time and was impressed with the build-your-own option with rice, tuna, and scallop. The ingredients were very fresh and the flavors were good. I would definitely return to try other combinations. The downtown and Calgary Trail locations are both good choices, with consistently fresh fish and the option to customize your bowl to your liking.
