This Korean-run sushi joint near my home moves at lightning speed, whipping up everything from sashimi to chicken karaage with impressive efficiency and a menu that keeps me coming back for their spicy salmon and chopped scallop rolls. While the portions lean a bit small and the seating is limited, the prices are wallet-friendly, the fish fresh, and the staff so friendly they practically remember your favorite order. Just be ready to stroll from nearby parking or transit, and maybe cross your fingers they add some Oshi or aburi sushi soon-because this cozy spot is definitely worth the hype!

There's this sushi joint nearby that's run by a Korean crew, and they really hustle to get your food out quickly. The menu is packed with options, and I always go for their udon, sashimi, and party trays since the flavors are solid for the price. It can get pretty warm inside during summer, and parking is a bit of a trek, but the friendly service and decent portions keep me coming back.
