The food is consistently delicious and served quickly with great service and a comfortable, versatile ambiance that suits everything from casual wings and football to classy date nights or family reunions, offering a wide variety of well-seasoned dishes like their exceptional chili and flavorful Cajun chicken bowl, all at reasonable prices with no tax, ample parking, and 24-hour availability, though waits can be long, some service can be uneven, the fries portions are small, and delivery tends to arrive cold.

The service was exceptional, and the food was surprisingly quick to arrive. Although the wait can be a bit long, they text you when it's your turn to be seated. The decor is lovely, and they even have private rooms for group gatherings if needed.

For a casino restaurant, they really should up their game. I think the reason people eat there is because of the cheap prices, weekly specials, they offer to guests that have the Playground players card.
