After finally visiting this Houston restaurant that had been on my list for a long time, I was blown away by the amazing ambiance and delicious food, especially the flaming pasta prepared in a Parmesan wheel. The attentive staff made the experience even better, though I found their insistence on dividing shared dishes a bit awkward and inefficient. Despite a couple of minor issues, like the breaded fish that wasn't quite what I expected, the overall experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return for another memorable meal.
