My boyfriend, a UWaterloo alum, said this place was his favorite when he was in school, and I can totally see why. The vibes are chill, the food is fantastic-especially the beef teriyaki-and the service is super friendly, making it a spot I can't wait to revisit!

My boyfriend, an alumnus of UWaterloo, recommended this dining spot as his favorite during his time there, so we made it a priority to visit. The casual ambiance and friendly server added to the positive experience, especially when we ordered sake bombs. The AYCE izakaya experience left me wishing for a similar option closer to home, with standout dishes like the sizzling beef teriyaki and quality sushi offerings.
