I am so disappointed in Spaghetti Western on Shepherd!
I ordered an entree and the way that is ordered is adding to the entree as you would a pizza.
I order two entrees and a salad, that was marked as $1 for each salad with the entree… Skip ahead, when it was picked up, they refused to include the salads AND did not reimburse the $2 that was due.
Their excuse was that the web site was messed up, the salads are $5 a piece and they are fixing it (and I would know this how???).
Well… It seems to me, if you can guarantee the prices on the web site, you never know what you will get or what you won’t and what the price really is… Big Fail on their part by not just giving the salads… I would have gone back… Now? I just have no clue what the prices really are and if I will get my order!!
Very, very disappointed in Spaghetti Western on Shepherd’s customer service!
