My family has been going to this restaurant for over 25 years. Run by the family who owns it,. You can tell the pride in ownership and attn to customer service. Many long-time regulars whom the wait-staff and owner know by name. By far the best Chinese I've ever eaten. Has lifted the bar so high that any other Chinese restaurant I've tried since, here and in other cities, is a big disappointment.

This restaurant is where my family celebrates -- my sis had her rehearsal dinner there, and all significant b-days.

Never had a bad meal. To start, try the eggrolls and the sweet & sour sauce which accompnies them. Freshly made by the chef. The best ever. You'll never enjoy another prefabbed eggroll , and will remember the one made at Ambassador.
