I'm a regular here for lunch, usually 3-4 times a week. The Pho is hands down the best in Montreal. It's not a fancy spot, but the food is fantastic and Nick and his wife are really cool - we always have a good laugh. I give it 5 stars for price, quantity, service, and speed, and 4 stars for the food - it was all very good, just not mind-blowing. The pho broth is light and flavorful, and what I love most is you can get a smaller size for just $4 if you're not up for a massive bowl. The beef was delicious, though the noodles were just okay. The chicken vermicelli bowl was great, but the imperial rolls tasted store-bought. The new bahn mi sandwich on the menu was fantastic, too - great deals all around. I'll definitely be back, I really enjoyed this place! My partner suggested we bike from our hotel near Old Montreal out to the burbs on a sweltering 95F day. The hour and 15-minute ride took us to a bustling, super clean restaurant at 1pm, surrounded by businesses. It seemed like a lot of folks were there with coworkers for lunch. We ordered the pho and the bun, and the classic pho with its beefy broth was excellent - different cuts of beef, tripe, and beef balls. The bun was refreshing, with a well-balanced dipping sauce that wasn't too heavy on the fish sauce. No regrets making the trek out - this place is a gem! In my humble opinion, it offers the best Pho in Montreal. Family-owned with friendly staff - try the Tonkinoise soup, it's delicious!
