The Chinese restaurant I recently visited had outstanding food and service, despite being short-staffed. The BBQ duck and seafood tofu hotpot were incredibly delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour Pork combo. The staff were hardworking and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable and the buffet fresh and varied with many choices.

A very very good Chinese restaurant with very very good tasting delicious yummy Chinese food and very good hearted caring hard working loyal staff with 100% good customer service and a very clean restaurant with very strict COVID-19 safety policies. I strongly recommend going down to that restaurant for very good food. When I go there I always order the Chicken Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour Pork Combo it tastes very good.

This was one of the worst meals we have had the spring rolls and chicken balls were so over cooked we had a hard time even cutting them with a knife we will never be going back

The New Manager was really great to deal with, there was a couple orders missing from my delivery and she specifically sent it out herself and gave us a coupon for the next time we ordered!
The food was amazing and hot! This was the first time we ordered from East Kitchen and am blown away with the quality and customer service provided! Definitely recommend!!

Food was cold. Sent it back. Very bad attitude from owner/manager. We ended up walking out. Never again. There are other Chinese Food places in the Comox Valley with better service.

East Kitchen has the rudest front of house boy working for them I have ever encountered. I was waiting to pay for my meal (which wasn't as good as it costs) and an elderly couple was in front paying for their meal. The boy was so rude to this couple it made me winch. I couldn't believe the manor and tone which he treated this couple and further more other guests waiting for their food and the customers on the phone ordering. This kid reminds me of an entitled, ignorant kid who doesn't want to work but has to. For all we know the elderly man could have fought in the war for our freedoms. I do not recommend East Kitchen, their food is not bad but the people working there are not worth supporting.

I love chinese food! (no buffet during Covid, no biggie) 😇. There food is consistently delicious and fresh ! Always a great experience 👍
