I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the food and service at this revolving rooftop restaurant in Quebec City, especially since I had low expectations beforehand. The 360-degree views of the city, especially around sunset, created a memorable backdrop for a relaxing dining experience that lasted long enough to enjoy the full rotation without feeling rushed. The staff were attentive and friendly, accommodating special dietary needs and making the evening feel even more special with thoughtful touches.
