The tamales here are flavorful, with moist and firm masa and tender chunks of pork, all wrapped in a banana leaf, accompanied by a fresh pico de gallo-style topping. The Peruvian-style ceviche is a satisfying, full meal with generous portions of white fish, sweet potato, fresh vegetables, and large corn kernels, bringing back memories of time spent in Peru.
