The ice cream here is fantastic, especially with so many creative dipping and topping options to choose from, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I love how you can customize your soft serve, and the outdoor seating with string lights makes for a lovely spot to enjoy a treat on warm Montreal evenings. While the chocolate coating melts a bit quickly, making things a little messy, the overall experience and quality keep me coming back again and again.

The atmosphere was a bit lacking, with no background music and a worn-out feel to the place. I believe they should streamline their offerings and focus on perfecting a few items to enhance the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the ice cream was delicious, and the staff member who served us was friendly, making it a decent experience that I would consider revisiting.
