I recently tried the brisket hash at Miss Browns and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The hash browns were made from whole potato cubes, the beef brisket was juicy and plentiful, and the sunny side up egg was a nice touch. While the service was a bit slow during peak times, the overall experience was fantastic and I enjoyed the interesting ingredients used in the dishes.
