During a recent visit to Richmond, B.C., I discovered a charming restaurant with beautiful views of the water. The mussels and clams were bursting with flavor, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the halibut I ordered. The atmosphere was inviting, and despite a few minor service hiccups, the overall experience left me eager to return on my next trip.

Catching a vibe at Catch restaurant in Richmond, B.C. is an experience I treasure. The killer view of the Fraser River sets the tone for a perfect date night or special shindig. From the burst of flavor in the mussels and clams to the symphony of taste in the dessert, each dish leaves a lasting impression. I'd recommend a little tweak to the fish and chips, but overall, Catch is a sweet spot with a view that's truly off the charts.
