For a satisfying Taiwanese meal, head to Papa Chang's on 16th Avenue in Markham. The classic Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken is a must-try, with great flavor and juicy chicken. The restaurant offers fast service and excellent value, making it a great spot for affordable Taiwanese food. Be sure to bring cash as there is a charge for using the card machine.
