Shatter Abbas used to be one of my favorite spots for Persian food because the staff were always super friendly and the dishes were fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. On my recent visit, however, I noticed some management issues causing confusion among the staff, and unfortunately, as a vegan, I struggled to find suitable options on the menu, plus my salad never arrived despite being charged for it. Still, the meat dishes like koobideh and chicken kabob remain tasty, and the portions are generous, so I'm hoping they can get things sorted out soon.

Shatter Abbas consistently delivers great food and a friendly atmosphere, making every visit enjoyable. However, during my latest experience, the service seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which detracted from the overall dining experience, despite the delicious meals and welcoming staff.
