After a busy day, a visit to Uccellino for the tasting menu was the perfect way to relax and indulge in delicious dishes. The Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Burrata Special, and House-made Goat Ricotta Crostini were standout starters that set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The Truffle Gnudi, Paccheri, and Pollo Al Mattone were expertly prepared main courses that showcased the chef's culinary skills and attention to detail.
