The seafood here is incredibly fresh, especially the salt and pepper flounder with just a light cornmeal coating that keeps it so delicate and flavorful. Every time I come, I make sure to order the salt and pepper shrimp and hush puppies, which have just the right amount of jalapeño and never dry out, all served up quickly by a friendly staff in a lively, welcoming atmosphere that makes the wait completely worth it.

Food is always great, it's just too tight in the restaurant, more parking space than dinning area. Maybe you should consider expanding. Love the Food though.

This is not the place you go if you thank you need to be catered to.. Stand in line, when its your turn, grab a stool..when you know what you want..wave your hand and when one the guys looks at you tell him what you want"¦When its ready they'll get it to you. We always order in courses as if order everything at once you get it all at once..Be sure you keep track of what you ordered"¦Tell the guy at register what you had and they ring it up.. check your receipt..this place is so busy..they dont overcharge on purpose..sometimes they have undercharged"¦100% on the honor system..Its the best seafood in town, its affordable, but not fancy"¦

I've been going here for 30 years and I'm from Louisiana.This is Truly one of the best places in Houston.Maybe the 7-31 post should eat at Long bc John Silvers 🍺😎

First time eating Frm this place ( and most likely the last) I ordered a seafood platter which was 2fish filets, 2 shrimp, 2 oysters, 2 stuff crab along with fries. The seafood was overly battered , and not tasty at all( except for stuffed crab was too salty),"¦ apparently I must be the only one that feel this way because the line was out the door. Well I know what I like , and I'll just have to find another neighbor place to eat
