I was eager to try this popular BYOB restaurant after hearing so much about it, but the six-week wait for a reservation set my expectations quite high. Although the food was good, with experienced chefs showcasing their skills, I found myself searching for that wow factor, which ultimately left me hoping for a bit more, especially given the long wait.
