The food and service were both really good, and the atmosphere was nice too. I tried the Mambo classic and it was delicious. The District Manager Daniella reached out to me, offering to remake my order for free, and made sure everything was perfect - big thanks to her!

The service was horrible!!!! I usually go to mambo with my wife and kids the food is great!!!! but because of the service I don't think I'll come back all managers are very nice but they don't do anything about it. The last time I went there was a girl named cinthia she was very rude and unrespecful to my wife I asked someone else to be my server and I told the manager about the situation but be didn't do anything
