The experience at the Cafe left much to be desired, especially during my first time using a walker. Despite being a familiar face, the cashier repeatedly misgendered me, highlighting the need for improved inclusivity and customer service at the Italian Centre. However, the delicious food and coffee offerings, along with the cozy European ambiance, somewhat made up for the lackluster service, making it a worthwhile stop for a taste of Italy in the heart of the city.
