Regarding the Beltway location, at least...
Not a coffee shop. It's a bar. They have poker night, sell alcohol, and allow smoking indoors. At least one employee leaves the building with customers inside to chat with his friends outside. It just went downhill.

Great coffee shop, drinks are very good and the atmosphere amazing.
They also have delicious breakfast croissants and tacos and their grilled sandwiches taste really good.
