If you are seeking specific cake decorating supplies, such as tylose powder, gel-based food coloring, French and English madeleine cake molds, candy-making flavors, or lollipop sticks, this establishment likely has what you need - I have not come across another store in Montrí©al offering such a comprehensive selection. The store is impeccably clean, well-stocked, and neatly organized, while the staff members are attentive and pleasant. During my recent visit, when I was in search of white food coloring for a particular recipe, an employee promptly retrieved various sizes of the product from the storage area, demonstrating their willingness to assist customers with specific requests.
