The pizza at Le Feu De Bois in Sainte-Adele is exceptional, featuring a thin crust cooked in a wood oven and a variety of high-quality toppings. The owners provided outstanding service, welcoming us even as they were closing, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. Although the prices are slightly above average, the quality and flavor of the pizzas justify the cost, making it a must-visit when I'm at the cottage.
