Terrible customer service. The worst I've encountered in years. I ordered a borscht soup for take-out over the weekend and near the bottom of the bowl was this soggy white material (tape?) with the Chinese words "Cow Water" written across it. Disgusted, I called them to tell them and the guy who picked up apologized, quickly said he knows and understands (not the first time this has happened?), and said he would give me credit for a dish the next time I go in. Well, they would not honor it tonight when we got there to pick up our order. The owner/manager even got angry and mockingly said, "Please, please report us to public health." He did not even offer to give us a refund on the contaminated soup until I insisted. I will never go back and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
