My partner and I, both musicians on tour, recently picked up four vegetarian rotis for a drive into the interior where veggie options are scarce. The portions were pleasantly surprising, with one roti easily satisfying both of us, even when enjoyed cold. The spice level we chose was just right, adding a perfect kick without overpowering the delicate flavors of the rotis.
