Chef Hans creates incredible dishes that leave a lasting impression with every bite. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home, while the quality of the food is simply outstanding. If you're in the area, don't miss the chance to indulge in the delicious German cuisine, especially the brunch, which is a true highlight.

I have never had a meal I did not like here. This is not a fast food restaurant so be patient and you will be well rewarded. You will not go away hungry from this restaurant and you can ask for 1/2 portions or take a doggy bag home.
The desserts are amazing, made with real whipped cream. Important for me as I have corn allergies. If you have food allergies let them know and they will accommodate your needs.
The staff is friendly and want to please your dining experience so if you have any issue re your meal address it when you are in the restaurant and they will make an attempt to try to accommodate your needs when you are there.
The take out meals are extensive and if you are ordering dinner meals, often 2 meals will feed 3 people, especially the schnitzels. I hope your visit here will be as satisfying as mine has been.

I ordered a small salad and was rewarded with a free desert and a toonie extra I tried to give them but they gave back. So I am supporting them by buying supper to take out tonight for me and my friend. I have eaten there and find their meals tasty and plentiful. * * * * *

Have eaten here several times in the past few years. Each and every time, the food and service was amazing. Having lived in Germany while serving in the Canadian Army, I can attest that the extensive menu is definitely authentic. Without doubt, the Hawaiian Schnitzel is my absolute favorite. Served in a piping hot cast iron skillet, the combination of superbly cooked breaded pork cutlet, cranberries, pineapple rings and melted cheese is very reminiscent of the same dish served throughout Deutschland. The variety of side dishes, such as bratkartoffeln (roasted potatoes), sauerkraut and homemade spaetzle (noodles) available on request are outstanding as is their salad with homemade dressing. To end the dinner with one of their homemade desserts, if you have room, is a great way to finish off your meal. We usually take a piece of apple strudel, or one of their delicious cakes and some of the meal home to enjoy later. If you are a lover of german cuisine, do yourself a favor and take a trip to Liverpool NS. Enjoy.
