This ramen spot in Markham is my favorite go-to for a comforting meal. The service is always welcoming, and the food arrives promptly after ordering. My preferred choice is the tonkatsu ramen with thin noodles, topped with torched chashu, black fungus, ramen egg, and green onions, all served in a delicious piping hot broth.
