I enjoy visiting this bubble tea shop with my girlfriend whenever we go shopping. My favorite drink is the Blue Raspberry + Cherry flavor with tapioca pearls. The service is consistent, and I appreciate the loyalty card program that rewards customers with a free drink after their 8th purchase.

I ordered 4 drinks with my friends and they completley messed up 3 out of the 4 of them and once we called to ask what happend they told us that it is our fault for "messing up" and they only gave us 1 free drink instead of replacing all 3, they didnt and the boba to 2 of the drinks, they forgot to add the extra boba for one drink and still charged me extra, they forgot to add milk and just gave us plain juice and there were black and white chunks in one of the drinks that are not supposed to be there because it doesnt have anything white or black in it. Complete disrespect from the woman who was talking to us, very rude
