While traveling to Tadoussac, I came across recommendations for a gluten-free pizza. It was a tough decision because they all looked so good. I ended up choosing one with goat cheese, walnuts, and honey - it was absolutely delicious and I could hardly believe it was gluten-free. Definitely a must-try if you're in the area!
