I've been back multiple times because the food here is consistently bursting with flavor-saag paneer, goat biryani, and butter chicken all make my taste buds dance. The garlic naan is ridiculously garlicky in the best way, and bringing your own rum to spike a mango lassi? Genius move. Sure, the seating is cozy and the ordering rules quirky, but the warm service and dishes that even Anthony Bourdain loved make it all worth it!

Extremely rude lady picked up my call for a take out order. She put me on hold twice and hung up once. I called in the afternoon for an early evening order and she did not even take it. I had a question about a dish and she cut me short saying all information is available online.
I understand she might be busy but in that scenario you apologize and explain the circumstances to a customer instead of hanging up rudely. It was as if I was asking her for business instead of the other way round.
There are plenty of well-mannered, respectable options where I would like to eat instead of speaking with these snobby, discourteous people. Needless to say, I ordered from another place and was very satisfied with the service and taste!
