I visited a new microbrewery during a quiet midweek afternoon and enjoyed a couple of stouts. Although they were out of nitro, the carbon dioxide options were satisfying. I particularly liked the floral and aromatic qualities of the new IPA, reminiscent of Bell's Two-Hearted. The rustic decor and ample outdoor seating provided a pleasant atmosphere, but the service was a bit slow for my liking. Despite this, the delicious food and brews, along with the presence of peanuts for nibbling, made it a memorable experience I would be happy to repeat.
