I have been coming to Yoshi's Salmon Smokehouse for many fishing seasons now, and the quality and service have always been exceptional. Recently, I had my steelhead cold smoked here, and the flavor was truly exquisite. I prefer my lox with less salt for a milder taste, and Yoshi's always delivers on that request. I highly recommend Yoshi's for anyone looking to have their salmon expertly cold smoked with care and attention to detail.
