The lady who assisted me was so kind and helpful during my visit. The crab cakes I ordered were exactly what I had been craving, and I can't wait to try their Fish & Chips next time.

Best fish and chips I had in a while. Spoke with the chef who was very pleasant to have a conversation, and he happened to mention the fish chips are gluten free.. We could not tell the difference that it was gluten free. Place is an absolute gem in Oak Bay.

Fish was good,
Fries tasted bad, they were limp, stale, bitter, and very dark .
Phone to express our dissatisfaction, the employee said they were from a different type of potato and were delicious as always. Not a listener or bright enough to tell the difference from good or bad food.
Waste of money, eat elsewhere, some places still care about quality!
