As a Peruvian with discerning taste, I appreciate the delicious cuisine prepared here. The pollo al la brasa is fantastic, but my personal favorite is the Tallerin verdes - spaghetti with a delectable green sauce. The service is consistently excellent, and I suggest complementing your meal with a bottle of Inca Kola for a truly satisfying experience.
