Everyone, Beware of this restaurant!!!

I ordered delivery service from the Rice Kitchen several times and I must say that the food was pretty good. However, each time that I ordered food from this place over the phone and used my credit/debit card, I was "purposely" overcharged.

After finally figuring out that they are complete "cheaters", I actually got into my car, drove to the restaurant and complained to the owner/manager that the totals on my receipts and the prices that they charged and deducted from my banking account, each time, were "VERY DIFFERENT". Also, I stated to him that because they had overcharged me so many times, that it was undoubtedly not a mistake and that I was going to report his restaurant to the Better Business Bureau.

To my disbelief, he actually admitted that when they delivered the food to my home, I did not give them enough of a tip and that he had decided to ADD an additional tip onto my credit card. I told him that this was an illegal practice and I demanded my money back. Only then, did he offer to refund to me the difference in the cost of my food and what they had overcharged. Also, he didn't even have the decency to apologize for stealing my money in the first place.

The Better Business Bureau will definitely receive a complaint from me!
