I saw a clip of the oil-splashed noodles and had to try them, and let me tell you, the handmade noodles are chewy and packed with authentic flavor that you just can't find everywhere around here. The family-run spot serves up generous portions of traditional Xi'an dishes like the crispy spicy chicken and lamb soup with bread, and the friendly service makes the whole experience even better-I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

I discovered this amazing restaurant through Instagram and was immediately drawn in by the oil-splashed noodles. The clean and bright space had plenty of seating options, and the friendly server guided us through the menu with traditional and American-friendly dishes. The Oil Splashed Noodles, Stir-Fried Green Beans, and Crispy Spicy Chicken were all outstanding, offering a delicious blend of flavors that left me eager to return for more authentic Chinese cuisine.
