I found this cool spot by the AMC Willowbrook 24 theater at the outdoor mall where they sell New Orleans beignets. They were good, a bit heavier than the ones I've had in New Orleans, but still tasty with lots of powdered sugar. I only had three because they were filling and quite indulgent with all that deep-fried goodness. Didn't try their BBQ, but their plate options looked decent for $8 including two sides.

If you like tough brisket that needs a strong fork and a sharp steak knife to get through the beef then you'll like this place.I call it snap back bbq a poor excuse for tx Q.
