My preferred choice for tangsuyuk is the restaurant where I find the pricing reasonable for the portion size and the satisfying crispiness of the dish. If you are concerned about the pork becoming tough when it cools down, I suggest using an air fryer at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes to restore the crispy texture.
