As someone who typically prefers IPAs, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Shawn & Ed. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable, especially Brandon, who helped me find a beer I enjoyed despite their lager focus. The historic venue and warm hospitality made my visit memorable, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn about the brewing process and the building's history.
