I hosted a ladies' gathering at ErinMillsPump, where Alexandra warmly welcomed us and served us with humor and care. Her recommendations for food and drinks were spot-on, and we were all impressed by the delicious offerings, likely crafted by Alexandra herself. The atmosphere, service, and menu at ErinMillsPump made it a perfect venue for our group, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Staff were incredibly rude and refused to accommodate for my physically disabled grandfather. All we asked for was a table with fewer stairs before it and we were told "we didn't know what we were talking about" and that he would be fine.
