The food here is decent, I'd give it a 3.75 out of 5, but my friend enjoyed it more than I did. The service is quick and to the point, you fill out your order on their form and hope they get your customizations right. The bubble tea was more like a slushy with milk, and the atmosphere is really laid back. The fish tank with large fish looked cramped and the water was cloudy, kind of felt bad for the fish. Prices are fair and they offer a good selection of sauces at the table, just be aware they charge extra if you take them to go. If you're into pho, this is a solid spot to check out.
